Artifex Holiday Beer Dinner!!

Naughty or Nice, Santa, Artifex Brewing & the Churchill’s crew will be Decking the Halls in our first ever “Artifexmas” Christmas Beer Dinner. Chef AG has created a six course beer & food pairing menu to get everyone in the holiday spirit. We would like to ask attendees to bring in a bottle of beer of their choosing with a maximum value of $25 to participate in a white elephant gift exchange. Rumor is, Santa and his little helper will be bringing gifts as well. Tickets are $85 each with tax and tip included and are on sale now at the Pub. A portion of the proceeds will also benefit the San Marcos Boys and Girls Club! Our last beer dinner of the year!

1st Course
Unicorn Juice (Passion Fruit Wheat)
Lobster “Fruit Cake”
Poached lobster tail with candied lime rind, diced mango, kaffir lime leaf, charred pineapple, savory cake crumble, micro tarragon
2nd Course
Hoppy Colada (Black IPA with Coconut)
Lamb “Candy Cane”
Roasted New Zealand lamb rack chop marinated in turmeric and tamarind with fresh mint and candy cane dust
3rd Course
Artifex/Chapman Brewing Collaboration (Imperial Red IPA)
Rudolph “En Croute”
Seared venison with house made duck prosciutto, puff pastry, roasted pear, shallot confit, citrus demi-glace
4th Course
HoliDave (Imperial Stout)
“The Christmas Ham”
House cured maple smoked ham with curried sweet potato, honey whipped goat cheese, red wine & fig reduction, toasted brioche
5th Course
Belgian IPA
“The Christmas Goose”
Roasted goose with blue cheese potato hash, rainbow chard, micro thyme, crispy pickled red onion, spiced jus, orange zest
6th Course
No Name with Orange & Clove (IPA)
“Coal”
Burnt orange and chocolate tart with clove whipped cream, cinnamon, dehydrated orange and bitter chocolate ganache
