Griddled Rock Shrimp Cakes swerved with chayote squash and watermelon radish slaw, thai bird chili and sriracha relish *

Shrimp cakes:

cilantro, lemongrass, ginger, garlic, shallot, fish sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, Serrano chiles
Slaw: Chayote squash, watermelon radish, carrot, grilled scallions, chili threads, lime vinaigrette

Beer Battered Stuffed Anaheim Chili with Tomatillo Salsa
Relleno: Ghost & Scorpion Chiles, Chorizo, Goat Cheese, Cheddar Jack, Lime, Garlic, Shallot, Cilantro
Tomatillo Salsa: Tomatillo, garlic, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime

: Togaroshi Scichimi Seared Hamachi w/ wasabi edamame puree, pickled Soshito and fresno chiles, lemon oil and chives

: my version of last years hit

Devil Weiner***

: Bacon wrapped homemade spicy Andouille style sausage, topped with 5 pepper chili, red onions, Serrano chiles, ghost pepper cheese on deli roll

Spicy Kimchi Bahn Mi (vegan)*

: my version of last years’ hit

Pork Belly Slider Trio**

: Beer braised bacon fat confit pork belly, tamrind chipotle sauce, chayote and watermelon radish slaw, lemon ginger ailoli, on slider buns

Grilled Yellowtail **

: Serrano Chimichurri, pickled red onions, mixed greens w/ pumpkin seed dressing on
