Renaissance is coming! March 2nd!

As many of you already know, our epic beer festival called Renaissance is right around the corner(March 2nd). I’ve been a little late teasing out the list. It’s epic as usual. We still have a ton of stuff that hasn’t come in yet(that isn’t on this list). Bottle sales are first come first serve. We are going to do all cash for bottles this year to prevent me from getting in the way of my staff. It was a huge bottleneck for me to ring in every credit card sale while the servers were trying to input orders.

Hard boiled quail eggs wrapped in ground wild boar and deep fried. Served with truffle aioli

Beef tongue confit in duck fat sliced thin and wrapped around stout braised beef cheek

Prime pork tenderloin roulade filled with house made pork pate, apple, smoked shredded pork, spinach, and blue brie then wrapped in bacon. Served with a wild mushroom ragout, and sweet potato mash.

Seared venison loin wrapped in puff pastry and baked crispy. Served with fingerling potato hash, glazed rainbow carrots, and a juniper berry demi glaze.
